Refund and Cancelation Policy:

Riverina Hypnotherapy is committed to a fair and equitable refund and cancelation policy. If a cancelation of a previously requested and paid for service is required, every effort will be made to reschedule that originally requested service to a mutually agreeable time. In the unlikely event that a mutually agreed time or date cannot be reached due to circumstances beyond the control of Riverina Hypnotherapy, or the client, a full refund will be made of any monies already paid.
In the event that a cancellation is required for attendance at an event organised by Riverina Hypnotherapy, a refund of all monies will be paid if the cancellation is made prior to one week from the scheduled event. If cancellation is required less than one week from the scheduled event, a refund will be made less the reasonable costs incurred by Riverina Hypnotherapy due to that cancellation. No refund will be payable due to non attendance. If an event has been organised by a client, or number of clients on behalf of Riverina Hypnotherapy and that event is cancelled for any reason, any literal monetary expenses incurred by Riverina Hypnotherapy will be passed on to the organising client or group of clients.

In any event a cancellation or refund of any description is required, every reasonable effort will be made by Riverina Hypnotherapy to reached a mutually acceptable outcome. A spirit of fairness and open communication is encouraged at all times.
